CAUTION:
In any Flex Arm application where even a single instance of failure to support the load might result in personal injury, loss of life or significant damage, Special-T Shop Mfg., Inc. does not approve the use of the DecTronŽ Arm products.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy:
If it becomes necessary for a customer to return any DecTronŽ product(s) to the factory, e.g., for repair, modifications or the return of an engineering sample, these procedures MUST be followed:

  1. Always contact the Technical Support Department with a brief description of why the reason for the product returns request.
  2. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for the equipment from DecTronŽ Products Mgr..
  3. Include with the equipment a copy of the RMA and any other needed documents.
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of all packages containing the equipment and all correspondence regarding the equipment.
  5. The equipment must be returned to Special-T Shop Mfg., Inc. with shipping pre-paid, properly packaged and properly insured.
  6. The RMA is only valid for thirty days (30) from the date it was issued. Any product(s) shipped to Special-T Shop without an authorized RMA number will be refused back to the shipper.
  7. If the equipment is covered by warranty, there will be no charge for parts and labor. Please refer to warranty statement.
  8. Repair charges for out-of-warranty equipment and for modification will be done on a per quote basis.

Return Policy (New Equipment)
No return or exchange will be accepted for standard equipment more than 30 days (60 days for International) after the original ship date. Any item returned during the 30/60-day period is subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee. Returned equipment must be unopened and in new condition to get full credit less the restocking charge. If upon receipt of the returned equipment it is found that it has been used or a component is missing and/or damaged, the customer will be charged for the replacement part(s) and labor costs in addition to the restocking fee. DecTronŽ products that have been modified or altered by the customer in any way may not be returned for credit or exchanged for another product. Custom equipment manufactured for customers are not eligible to be returned for credit or exchanged.

Special-T Shop Mfg., Inc. will not accept returned product(s) unless authorized in writing prior to shipment. See RMA Policy above.

  1. Granting the customer the authority to return the goods will not be construed to signify the acceptance of the goods themselves or of the customer's claim, but only signify authority to physically return the goods so that they may be inspected, and so that proper disposition of the customer's claim may be made after such inspection.
  2. Special-T Shop Mfg., Inc. reserves the right to return the goods back to the customer if they are found to be deficient during such inspection, with no credit to the customer, and the customer to bear all transportation charges.
